This comprehensive guide will navigate you through our seamless process of integrating our robotic systems into your grounds maintenance strategy, unlocking unrivalled productivity and success.
Phase 1 - Consultation
Firstly, you will have a phone call with one of our experts, they will discuss your expectations and map out the area on Google Earth Pro whilst on the call, to gain a clear understanding of the size and feasibility of the area you would like to be managed.
If you are happy, we will book a meeting to come and see you, or take you to a nearby site so you can see the robots in operation.
Phase 2 - site survey
Once an order has been placed or demo period has been organised, our head technician will visit and carry out a site survey. This is where an in depth conversation will take place with the client to ensure expectations are met, followed by a detailed analysis of the site in order to put together an installation plan for the team.
Plase 3 - installation
Our team will confirm a date with you and proceed with the installation of your new assistant.
Simple areas such as sports fields should take no more than a day to install. More complex areas are likely to take a few days. Driving range system installation will take up to a 10 days.
Phase 4 - completion
Once your installation is complete, you will have a handover where you will be provided with everything you need to ensure smooth running from the get go. We have endless tutorials and instructions to help bring you up to speed with robot care.
The team will closely monitor your robots operation from the portal and make any adjustments accordingly over the first few weeks of operation. BUT If you are unsure about something, we are only a phone call away.
